While some in Vermont claim there are only 3 seasons – Mud, Winter, and Stick – we find the classic four season mentality works when doing any sort of property management, development or maintenance work.

Here in the Mad River Valley, consider the following seasons and what you should be thinking about when it comes to your primary residence, second home, condo or business:

• Spring (post-snow April to end of May)
• Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day)
• Fall (September and October)
• Winter (November to mid-April)
