Summer

Some would say that Summer in Vermont starts July 4th and rolls into Fall around Labor Day. It really all depends on the year. Sometimes we get a late Sugarbush snow blanket that delays Spring (thus delaying Summer) in the Mad River Valley – sometimes the snow melts off in April and we are dry, warm and growing by Memorial Day. Successful spring property management rolls us right into a productive summer including, but not limited to:

  • Lawn Mowing
  • Pool Maintenance
  • Painting
    • Fence Repair
    • House/Barn Exterior
    • Interior
  • Pasture
    • Mowing
    • Fertilizing
    • Dragging
  • Carpentry
  • Garden Care
    • Flower Gardens
    • Vegetable Gardens
  • and much, much more…

Many people think a property manager is a glorified name for your local ‘plow guy’. Our summers in Vermont are even busier than the winters.
